Late birthday weekend post because Allister couldn’t stay away from the vet this week. He’s been pretty sick but he’s bouncing back little by little. To be honest, not sure how much time I have left with him but I’m going to make every day count.

It’s the last night of Chanukah tonight and I am feeling all the feels. It’s been such a special holiday that has flown by and created so many special memories with family and a renewed connection to Hashem and seeing the light. ✨✨✨ (our recent podcast ep on Tehillim really helped me with that!)

With everything we’re still dealing with as a Jewish nation, the light is not without pain and a little bit of darkness on our hearts, yet I have been trying to use the light as I can to fill that whole and pray for things to be ultimately whole again with Moshiach.
